Once the EmWin 1099 Bundle is installed, you will need to setup the "Payer Data" records. Each subsidiary that is issuing 1099s will need a Payer Data record. To setup these records, do the following:
- Go to Reports > Custom > Enter Payer Data
- Click the “New EW 1099 Payer Data” button.
- Fill in all of the required fields as they pertain to the subsidiary you select. If you do not have multiple subsidiaries, fill in the data for your single subsidiary.
- Click the save button.
